WHAT IS A GOLDENDOODLE?
A Goldendoodle is a first hybrid crossing between a Golden Retriever and a Standard Poodle. These are known as F-1 Goldendoodles. Goldendoodles turned out to be such incredible dogs that they are now bred as family dogs. They are highly intelligent, eager to please, easy to train, low-shedding and most importantly easy to love. Being anywhere from 45 to 60 lbs. They can resemble a shaggy looking Golden Retriever to a relaxed curl Standard Poodle. Due to the Standard Poodle breed, Goldendoodles come in a variety of colors. Some may be a light cream, golden brown, black, or even a deep mahogany. The low-dander and low-shedding will often reduce allergic reactions, however we, TheGoldendoodlePad, cannot guarantee that each and every allergy sufferer will respond in such a way. All of our Goldendoodles are first generation, pure Golden Retriever to pure Standard Poodle.
We believe the first cross between unrelated pure bred lines is the healthiest choice. The puppies experience hybrid vigor, which is the reception of the best of both breeds. They are thought to be healthier and grow better than either parent line Goldendoodles are truly amazing pets that would make a great addition to any family.
Our Goldendoodle dogs make amazing, intelligent pets. We are located in Niles, Michigan, just north of the Michigan-Indiana stateline.
